Over 14+ years he has built a portfolio spanning San Diego, Boston, and Raleigh — managing everything from urban studios to mountain cabins. He holds a California real estate license and brings a hands-on, owner-first approach to every property he manages. When he is not on-site, he is usually researching the next sustainable upgrade or helping a new owner partner understand their options.
